The highly-anticipated 84-metre trimaran superyacht White Rabbit was finally lowered into the water this weekend in Henderson, Australia, as Echo Yachts ticked off another milestone in the project’s construction timeline as delivery of this unique vessel draws ever closer. Photo: Echo Yachts
The largest superyacht ever built in Australia will soon set out for sea trials following final outfitting and harbour trials at the shipyard. With a huge beam of 19.6 metres, White Rabbit is also the largest full aluminium yacht in the world, a title the country held before with the completion of the 77-meter SilverYachts motor yachts Smeralda and Silver Fast in 2012 and 2015 respectively. Australian design studios Sorgiovanni Design and One2Three Naval Architects are behind the exterior and technical elements of the yacht’s design while ALIA Interiors are behind the lavish guest spaces inside White Rabbit.
More details about the yacht will become known as they are revealed by the builder.
