Echo Yachts’ new Sorgiovanni explorer yacht range

Australian custom builder Echo Yachts have collaborated with Sorgiovanni Designs to release a new of steel monohull and explorer superyachts measuring between 60 to 90 metres. The 70-metre concept EY70 is the first superyacht in the range and features a touch and go helipad on the foredeck and a resort-style alfresco swimming pool area towards the stern. Spanning across four decks, the EY70 offers its owner options to customise the interior and exterior designs and will be capable of up to 18 knots and deliver comfortable long-range cruising of up to 5,000 nautical miles.70m Echo Yachts EY70 conceptSam Sorgiovanni of Sorgiovanni Design explains: “The design ethos when penning the 70-metre was to create a yacht that would provide a versatile platform with spacious accommodation, functionality and flexibility over four decks. The platform utilises a steel hull with aluminium superstructure or can be optioned as an all-aluminium construction.
