Conducting her first sea trials this week from the Dutch naval port of Den Helder is the new 110-meter superyacht, Anna. Feadship’s Project 1007 will be put to the test over the next few days on a calm North Sea as the Netherlands and much of Northern Europe experience unseasonably high temperatures along with a dominant high-pressure system. As we keep following the construction phases of this new yacht, here photographer Tom van Oossanen brings you the first scenes of Anna as she set off on her first day of trials this morning. 
Anna was launched last month at Feadship’s facility in Makkum and was built to a design by Michael Leach, the studio’s second project with the yard after the 67-meter Anna I from 2007.
Upon completion later this year, Anna will become the largest yacht ever delivered by Feadship.
