The three studios worked in strict harmony to deliver a strong synergy between the interior and exterior spaces, following the lodestar of socialisation. The main deck of the X115 Triplex has been curated in such a way that, thanks to mirrored foldable balconies, the space can span an area of 75 square-metres. At the heart of the main deck is an al fresco lounge area that is fitted with a sofa and a dining area with a 10-person dining table.
