She was launched on saturday in La Spezia. The second shed of the shipyard is occupied by the second Picchiotti Vitruvius motor yacht, a 55 metre superyacht, expected to be delivered in 2011. The hull of the third Picchiotti motor yacht, measuring 73 metres, is currently under construction at the Perini Navi Group Yildiz (Istanbul, Turkey) shipyard. Described as “Nordic refined simplicity,” the interiors of the 1,900 GT yacht blend green, sustainable materials with a subtle colour palette. Harmonisation with the surroundings is crucial to Silence’s design and the desire to create a balanced and soothing space informed many of the interior design decisions.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/295770/image/large-901e52770a60b1e27ecbd03c6e5e61ff.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/295770">The superyacht concept showcases a large and airy aft lounge situated on the main deck, which opens to the beach club’s pool and another seating area, connecting the interior with the exterior. The upper deck houses the exclusive owner’s suite, which extends to the aft outdoors, featuring a private Jacuzzi and sunloungers.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/295766/image/large-32bef05c3de1a682830afafe91230b32.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/295766">Relaxation is at the core of Silence’s serene aesthetic, she houses a wellness area, gym and spa. The helipad situated at her foredeck can be easily converted into a sun lounging area. The sundeck also offers the opportunity for guests to enjoy the Jacuzzi or an evening outdoor cinema.
