78.5m superyacht Hampshire II off Son Caliu, Mallorca
Captured last week anchored off Son Caliu on the south west coast of the Balearic island of Mallorca is the 78.5 metre Feadship superyacht Hampshire II. She was built for an experienced owner by the Dutch shipyard in 2012, who, before building this yacht, owned the 56.5 metre Feadship Hampshire (ex Barbara Jean), which was built in 2001. The yacht was designed by Hampshire-based studio Redman Whiteley Dixon, with a modern classic interior matched by a muscular yet refined exterior. On deck she features a crow’s nest for panoramic views, a beach club designed to facilitate the owner’s passion for windsurfing and sailing, and a helicopter pad on the foredeck which converts into a netted playing field for basketball, tennis, baseball or badminton.
