This represents a year-on-year increase of 7.6%, with more than half of the segment’s orders deriving from models above 80 feet.The made-to-measure segment between 30 and 43-metres recorded €608.1 million in order intake, representing 53.5% of the total, compared to €414.6 million and 36.4% in 2024. The 46.7% increase year-on-year reflects the segment’s significantly greater weight within the overall order mix during the period.In contrast, the superyacht segment above 43-metres in alloy totalled €66.1 million, accounting for 5.8% of total order intake, compared to €294.9 million and 25.9% in 2024. The year-on-year decline reflects a different project mix, with two branded superyachts ordered in 2025, compared to a combination of two bespoke and three branded units in the previous year.Other businesses remained broadly stable at €4.1 million, representing 0.4% of total order intake, in line with €4 million in 2024.Order intake by geographyBy geographic area, Europe remained the largest contributor to order intake in 2025, generating €576 million and accounting for 50.7% of the total, compared to €559 million and 49.1% in 2024. The year-on-year increase of 3% &nbsp;was primarily supported by demand in the made-to-measure segment.The Middle East and Africa recorded €265.6 million in orders, representing 23.4% of total intake, down from €339.5 million and 29.8% in 2024. While the region continued to see activity in the made-to-measure and composite segments, the year-on-year comparison was affected by the inclusion of three superyacht orders in the prior year.The Americas totalled €271.1 million, accounting for 23.9% of total intake, compared to €222.2 million and 19.5% in 2024. The adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 16.5%, up 30 basis points from 16.2% in the previous year.Net profitNet profit totalled €90.1 million in 2025, reflecting growth of 2.2% compared to €88.2 million in 2024.Overview of the consolidated balance sheetInvestmentsInvestments in tangible and intangible assets amounted to €89.2 million as of 31 December 2025. Of this total, approximately €30.8 million was allocated to maintenance activities and product portfolio development, while €58.4 million was directed towards business expansion initiatives.More than half of the 2025 capital expenditure was dedicated to research and development, including the development of new models, the restyling of existing models, and the completion of the Ravenna shipyard.Net financial positionAs of 31 December 2025, the Group reported a net cash position of €111 million, an increase of approximately €45.8 million compared to €65.2 million at 30 September 2025. Compared to €124.6 million at 31 December 2024, the net cash position decreased by €13.6 million year-on-year. Every two years, a group of owners set out to circumnavigate the globe together over the course of 16 months. We'll look after you guys. Don't worry. Everything's good.” He kept true to his promise, and, minus a pandemic-related hiccup, the rally has happened every other year. Richard notes that, throughout the past eight years “There's been lots and lots of ups along the way, but my highlight is this rally.”The route is the same each rally, starting in the Antigua harbour, heading south and through the Panama Canal before sailing towards French Polynesia, Australia and the Great Barrier Reef, followed by island hopping in Indonesia, around the Cape of Good Hope, before returning to the starting point. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/378813/image/large-f6e264dfd96b0c95a19266c04a03c9e9.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/378813">An important distinction is that the rally is not a race. We know our own boats, right? We have the designs. The aim is not simply to cross oceans but to absorb the places along the way. “There’s something about travelling slowly,” Richard notes. “You cover every mile and you feel the world changing around you. The temperature shifts, the time zones change, and you understand exactly where you are.”Weeks have been spent among the San Blas Islands, an archipelago of more than 300 islands, where instead of rushing onward, the fleet lingered for days, exploring remote anchorages and travelling inland to jungle waterfalls between sailing passages.The ability to enjoy such slow travel is thanks to certain luxuries the likes of Starlink, which keep Richard and fellow sailors connected to life back home. Unlike traditional sustainability initiatives that focus primarily on reducing harm, regenerative tourism seeks to actively improve the environments and communities encountered along the way.&nbsp;Activities range from environmental awareness projects to supporting local conservation initiatives. “It could be awareness, it could be picking up plastic, it could be supporting conservation,” Richard explains. “The idea is that we leave a place slightly better than we found it.”One upcoming stop highlights that ambition. In addition, the yacht’s indoor and outdoor areas are seamlessly connected thanks to her full-height windows and Baglietto’s signature “cut-out” bulwarks, which strengthen connection to the sea.On her upper deck, a veranda that opens on three sides hosts a panoramic dining room, while her foredeck features a lounge area, sunpads and a Jacuzzi located at the bow. Moreover, a rooftop, rare for yachts of her category, serves as a private retreat where guests can dine, lounge, and relax.Furthermore, a stern garage with a flooding launch system is capable of accommodating a tender up to seven-metres, alongside a second garage forward.The yacht's interiors have been designed to complement the exterior design. Lacquered surfaces, experimental woods such as burnt oak, and artistic lighting all harmoniously contribute to her contemporary design profile. Lightweight materials were favoured over heavier marble and natural stone to support the yacht's high-performance credentials, with even the exterior handrails crafted from titanium to optimise weight.Unlike many of the shipyard’s earlier fast yachts, the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/13932" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Baglietto Fast 50/0149.9m (163'9&quot;)Baglietto S.p.A.2026">FAST50 yacht</a> has been developed across three full decks, featuring a wide-body owner's suite on the main deck.&nbsp;At an interior volume of 499 GT, accommodation onboard is arranged across four staterooms, including two VIP staterooms and two twin staterooms on the lower deck, all with en-suite facilities. Crew accommodation comprises four dedicated quarters, captain's quarters and a spacious crew mess.In terms of performance, the yacht is powered by four <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1409" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MTU (Company)">MTU</a> engines, which are expected to deliver a top speed of 30 knots.&nbsp;

First 50m Baglietto FAST50 superyacht launched

Baglietto has launched the first 50m FAST50 yacht from its shipyard in La Spezia, Italy.
