During 2022 Monaco Yacht Show, Ferretti Group announced that it acquired the major stake of Masello Srl and Fratelli Canalicchio SpA, two companies that are part of its supply chain. 
Masello Srl, based in Fano, Italy, is an expert in wooden furniture for yachts and recently launched an innovative onboard assembly service. Whereas, Fratelli Canalicchio SpA, based in Narni, Italy, specialises in static exteriors and automatic kinetic systems for yachts. The two companies are expected to generate sales of approximately €30,000,000 by 2025, due to the integration with the Ferretti Group.
