The Ferretti Group is expanding its reach within the US through its plans to build a service centre dedicated to their American customers, according to Italian financial news source Il Sole 24 Ore. 
Photo: Ferretti GroupAlberto Galassi, CEO of the Ferretti Group explained that through investments worth 15 million dollars made over a period of five years, the Group will build a site with marinas and berths located in Fort Lauderdale, where they will offer service, refit works and deliveries to their American customers.
Also found in the area, which is located within Lauderdale Marine Center, is a warehouse where the Italian company will stock materials and spare parts for their vessels. It is expected to help provide faster service for American customers, who will experience reduced order delivery times of spare parts as a consequence.

American customers ask us to provide them with services and assistance, and not only for our boats, although these will take precedence. In short, with this operation, we have started our campaign of investments within the US, but we will continue in Italy. In our yard in Ancona, we have committed millions and are investing five more in La Spezia."
