Camper & Nicholsons Yachts, the iconic English yard founded in 1782 and now part of Leonardo Ferragamo’s Nautor Holding, has announced the signing of an agreement with ISA Yachts for the production of the new Filante 42 superyacht.
Founded in 2001, ISA Yachts is a major Italian builder of craft of up to 80 metres, having delivered 28 luxury megayachts over the last 12 years. Its 50,000 m² yard includes 18,000 m² of building sheds, administration offices and on-site plant and joinery workshops where meticulous attention to detail is lavished on each and every project as part of ISA Yachts’ client-oriented and teamwork-based philosophy.
“This partnership with the ISA Yachts is a very important step for us,” declared Federico Bennewitz, CEO of Camper & Nicholsons Yachts, “as it guarantees our potential clients the very best from the first example onwards because ISA Yachts is a yard of such proven ability and reliability. “
“We are particularly satisfied with this new agreement,” said ISA Group CEO Luciano Bregola. “We are very proud indeed to have been selected as the industrial partner of a brand as historic and prestigious as Camper & Nicholsons Yachts. We see this as an acknowledgement of the work we have done in recent years to guarantee our clients consistently high standards of quality and prompt delivery times. We are convinced that this collaboration will yield significant advantages for both groups.”
The Filante 42 is the flagship of a new range of cutting-edge, genuinely offshore displacement motoryachts. It is, in fact, a “compact superyacht” in which the guest and crew areas are designed to guarantee maximum comfort even in long-distance navigation. Because of its compact dimensions, excellent manoeuvrability and superbly reliable electronic hull and machinery control systems, the Filante 42 will also allow its passengers to effortlessly reach even the most remote corners of the world.
To ensure that owners’ needs are met, particularly in terms of potential charter use, the Filante 42 will also come with two large tenders as standard in addition to a rescue craft and a personal watercraft.
