Fire destroys 42.6 metre superyacht Lubenico
A fire has destroyed the 42.60 metre superyacht Lubenico, some 4-5 km from Culaba, Biliran, at sea between Samar and Culaba in The Philippines. Local reports state that there were 9 crew members on board the vessel at the time of the incident, who have all made it off the vessel safely.
Lubenico was built in 1970 in Japan, and was later on converted into a private superyacht, capable of carrying a helicopter on her aft deck, as seen on this archive photo of the yacht.
