Damen’s new 71-metre dive support yacht Umm Alhoul was delivered this summer after construction was completed at Nakilat Damen Shipyards in Qatar. The idyllic island of Seychelles was one of her first port of calls where she is currently located.
Given the location of her build and the remote areas, the vessel has been cruising in since delivery, few images of Umm Alhoul have ever been captured. These exclusive photos show off the yacht’s impressive toy-carrying capabilities and Umm Alhoul stands out from her other 70-metre Damen YSV sisters with a custom mast design, upper deck structure and purpose-built beach club. Umm Alhoul was built under the project name Al Jassasiya alongside her near-identical twin, Al Jassasiya II, now named Daloob. Pastrovich Studio is behind the interior and exterior design of the yacht which is based on Damen’s proven 70-metre YSV platform as shared by support yachts such as Garcon, 6711 Geo, Game Changer and Intrepid.
