Monfalcone shipyard, Monte Carlo Yachts announced at boot Düsseldorf this week that it has added a new model to its motor yacht line up. The new MCY 96, of which three units have already been sold, fits in neatly between the shipyard’s 86’ and 105’ models. The first unit will be ready for display this coming summer.
Designed once again by Nuvolari Lenard, the MCY 96 offers clients the option of completing their yacht according to either RINA charter or pleasure class certification. Another possibility is building the yacht according to CE-A standards to utilise the yacht as a pleasure boat.
The new model keeps to the MCY’s familiar hull shape, curved styling accents and large sundeck spaces.“The new MCY 96 represents both continuity and evolution for the MCY collection and the company,”says Carla Demaria, President of Monte Carlo Yachts. “The great international success and global appeal of the MCY 105 has guided us in developing the MCY 96, which will set new standards and mark a new era of growth in the superyacht segment for Monte Carlo Yachts."
Monte Carlo Yachts adds that it will soon be introducing additional models to its range of yachts.
