Fraser Yachts is excited to announce the arrival of John Solomon into the Fraser Yachts Sales Team, based in Monaco. He arrives at Fraser Yachts with an extremely impressive and varied background in the luxury yachting industry. After completing his studies in Scotland, John began working full time with Marine Sales UK Ltd in the engineering division, in order to gain a technical grounding before moving into sales. John spent the next 5 years gaining an essential education in brokerage techniques, etiquette and law and moved quickly up the corporate ladder with three major yachting companies.
John later went on to open an office for Sunseeker Sales UK Ltd in Mallorca, building a solid foundation as the Sales Manager. John gained solid experience in the Mediterranean market with regard to Sales, Charter and Yacht Management. In 1998 John embarked on Beluga, an 80ft private yacht, where he developed a greater understanding of the individual demands and expectation of owners and charterers.
John has held management positions since 1992 and run his own brokerage business, “Watermarques” since 2000. Over the years he has encountered and dealt with a great variety of marine businesses around the world and developed a solid and trustworthy reputation within the yachting industry.
