Golden Odyssey to be replaced by new yacht?

The 80 metre superyacht Golden Odyssey, has just been officially renamed Golden Odyssey II. Although we cannot get confirmation, this could indicate that a replacement of the yacht is on its way, which could become the new Golden Odyssey.

The current Golden Odyssey II was delivered in 1990 by Blohm & Voss, and has travelled the globe, together with the owner's other yachts, known as The Golden Fleet. The yacht accommodates up to 14 guests over 7 luxurious staterooms all with en suite facilities, including one master’s suite with a private deck and Jacuzzi, one VIP cabin, one double cabin, and four twin cabins.

Golden Odyssey II is currently for sale with Burgess Yachts, another indication that her Middle Eastern owner could be awaiting delivery of a replacement yacht.
