120m Emir: The new green yacht concept with 2 helipads and multiple grand saloons
London design studio Gresham Yacht Design has revealed its latest concept: the 120-metre Emir.Photo: Gresham Yacht DesignGuests can arrive via one of the two certified helipads. From the heli-lobby, guests can make their way to the saloons and lower decks.
Photo: Gresham Yacht DesignThe massive 4,500 GT yacht Emir can host up to 36 guests and 40 crew members. Her impressive interior includes a grand owner’s saloon, which contains a dining area, bar and games area.

Photo: Gresham Yacht DesignThe design studio notes that the centerpiece of Emir’s interior is the double-height saloon. The ballroom-like saloon features an internal walk-around balcony on the upper level that grants access to the external balconies on either side.
