Alex Pirard Yacht Design has send us the first images of Oronero, an exclusive limousine tender, built by hi-Tech Marine. The tender measures 12 meters in length, with a 3.80 metre beam. She has a maximum speed of 25 knots.
The main feature of Oronero is the folding hard-top, which allows for secure and comfortable navigation in all weather conditions. In bad weather it is possible to close the hard-top, whilst on sunny days it is possible to fold up the roof, to create an open day boat feeling. She is in fact the first tender with a convertible and completely automatized hard-top in the world.
She also features two folding platforms, each on each side of the hull, which allows guests to enter the boat without stairs and without the need for dangerous movements. The yacht's hybrid engines reduce fuel consumption, and solar panels on the roof provide another source of power. Inside we find an interior that combines clear oak wood and beige leather with the carbonfibre, offering a high tech yet elegant ambience.
The boat will be in Monaco during the yacht show, but will not be in the show itself. You can visit her at the Monaco Marine Power Boats quai, close to the Monaco Yacht Club.
