Hill Robinson announces the strengthening of its key departments to reinforce their position as the leading independent yacht management company.
New personnel have been recruited in the Antibes office to offer additional support to the Technical Departments (both for refit and new build); Charter Management Department; Crew Administration (Payroll & Administration plus Crew Selection & Recruitment) and Operational Support.
Over 20 multi-national, multi lingual staff are now on hand to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of every yacht in the Hill Robinson fleet.
Managing Director Nick Hill states “2009/2010 has not been the easiest of times, but the demand for yacht management has actually increased as a result of the economic crisis. As the industry’s leading independent yacht managers we have seen a continued steady growth. To meet this growth, we are reinforcing our existing services and adding new services in areas such as crew employment and payroll in response to legislative changes. Our new online support - HRCLICK – has been well received and is helping to reduce paperwork both in the office and on board. We have made the decision to invest in the future by recruiting some very experience individuals from the industry as well as some enthusiastic new blood. We feel very optimistic about the future.
