Holland Marine Lifts celebrates its 15th anniversary in October. Established in 2002, over the years HML has grown to be one of the leading marine lift experts, successfully providing over 300 marine lifts to prestigious clients all across the world and currently working on a number of new build projects.

From dumbwaiters to beautifully designed glass passenger lifts, within the superyacht market, Holland Marine Lifts state that no two lifts are ever the same. CEO of the company, Emile van der Starre, comments that this is what makes this business such a challenging one: “It is such a great industry to be part of,” he says, “not only because it captures the imagination, but also because the standards are so high, both in terms of aesthetic as well as technical. Each product we deliver is different to the last, and you always must be on top of your game and there really is no room for error. Luckily we love a good challenge at Holland Marine Lifts!”

Van der Starre continues to comment on the key values at the heart of the company over the past 15 years: “We are a small family business. Quality, professionalism and loyalty are very important to us. We work in a niche market and we cherish the long relationships we have with not only our customers but also our suppliers.”

As one of the leading lift and elevator specialists in Northern Europe, Holland Marine Lifts has no shortage of projects at the moment, working with several major yards on 10 new build projects in the Netherlands alone. Although projects are confidential, the brand confirm that each of these projects feature one or more dumbwaiters as well as stylish guest lifts.
