According to the designers, the concept was conceived as a purpose-built world cruise cruiser capable of supporting extended voyages while accommodating a range of owner lifestyles.A key feature of the project is the availability of three distinct configurations built on a common platform.The Fisherman version is focused on a generous open aft deck designed to accommodate a substantial tender and a selection of water toys, without needing a dedicated chase boat. In Zero Mode or also known as Silent Mode, M80 would operate fully on electric propulsion, delivering vibration-free navigation with zero local emissions for up to eight hours, which would enable access to environmentally protected areas.In Eco-Hybrid Mode, diesel generators operate at optimal efficiency while electric motors provide propulsion, reducing fuel consumption by an estimated 25 to 30 percent. This creates a floating beach club of unusual generosity, where the main deck becomes one continuous social landscape. Powered by a 32-bit embedded processor and utilising a proprietary CAN bus network protocol, the ACES system delivers precision control of engine RPM, waterjet steering nozzles and reversing buckets when transitioning between docking and cruising modes. Additional functions include dynamic positioning and smart anchoring, which simulates mechanical anchoring by swinging around a virtual GPS point. Adaptive steering logic can even provide ‘propeller mode,’ which recognises when the vessel is in reverse to simulate conventional propeller behaviour – a useful feature for operators transitioning to waterjets.To maintain quality control, most of the waterjet components are machined in-house, an exception being the Duplex stainless-steel impellers that rely on precision investment casting technology.  The 26.77-metre Azimut motor yacht Scudo has been sold in a deal involving IYC.

The 28.93-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Sanlorenzo</a> motor yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/9359" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Legacy28.93m (94'11&quot;)Sanlorenzo2021">Legacy</a> has been sold.
