Horizon’s third FD102 yacht Untethered delivered in Florida
Untethered, the third hull of Horizon’s FD102 model, has just been delivered in Florida. The 32.75-metre features naval architecture from Horizon Yachts and an exterior designed by Cor D. Rover Design.Photo: Horizon YachtsHer experienced American owners were extensively involved in the design and build process, introducing and adding 86 changes, according to the owner. Untethered has been highly customised, from features like a water-cooled Magnus frequency converter power system to custom Tilse heated helm windows.

The bridge deck features a skylounge with interior and exterior entry. Outside, her foredeck is home to a large Jacuzzi and a bounty of seating, among other outdoor amenities.Photo: Horizon YachtsUntethered sports two Caterpillar C32 Acert diesel engines with a combined 3200hp, that will allow her to reach speeds of up to 21.4 knots.
