In Pictures: largest Dutch superyacht prepares for sea trials

Written by Charl van Rooy

Over the past weekend the new 110-metre Feadship superyacht project 1007, now known as Anna according to her AIS signal, was moved through the centre of Amsterdam to Damen’s facility in the capital where her final steering and propulsion gear will be fitted ahead of sea trials on the North Sea. SuperYacht Times was on-scene this Saturday to see Anna receive a water salute from the Port of Amsterdam’s PA1 fire vessel as she was escorted past the city’s Central Station, A’DAM Tower and Eye Museum landmarks.Anna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht Times

The 110-metre motor yacht is the design work of Michael Leach Design and will take over the title as Holland’s largest yacht ever built from the 110.1-metre Oceanco yacht Jubilee once she is delivered to her owners later this year.Feadship 1007 on transportPhoto: Tom van Oossanen / SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesFeadship 1007 on transportPhoto: Tom van Oossanen / SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht TimesAnna in AmsterdamPhoto: SuperYacht Times
