Pictured here is the brand new Heesen fully custom superyacht Sibelle, making her maiden voyage in Gibraltar. Delivered earlier this month after her contract being signed back in 2011, the 49.90 metre all-aluminium vessel features naval architecture by the renowned Dutch company Omega Architects.
Both interior and exterior design is by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, working together with Mikhail Labazov and Andrei Savin from Architectural Bureau A-B Studio. The shipyard reports that her experienced owner was involved with all stages of her design and construction.
She accommodates up to 10 guests over five luxurious cabins, consisting of two VIP cabins, one double suite and one twin cabin all located on the lower deck.
The opulent owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck, and is made up of 61 square metres in total. Amongst her features on board is a conveniently transformable foredeck which can be utilised as a large and dedicated entertainment space, as well as a 21.5 metre beach club and wellness area.
In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin MTU 8V 4000 M63L 1,341hp engines, which give her a top speed of 18.5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. She boasts a transatlantic range of 3,150 nm at a speed of 13 knots.
