We are feeling a bit of wanderlust in these dark and cold winter days and are looking back over the glorious heat of summer. We thought we'd share with you some shots when Charl van Rooy disappeared to Sardinia to capture some yachts at anchor.&nbsp;In his own words "Among the summer superyacht hotspots, Sardinia’s Emerald Coast is arguably one the most breathtaking. Its vibrant sunrises and sunsets, east to west coastline orientation and ice blue water tones form the perfect backdrop for a superyacht getaway. Home to some of the largest and newest yachts each season, August on the Italian island is a yachtspotter’s paradise with just a few miles of coastline playing host to several billion dollars worth of superyacht masterpieces. Wide side windows and nine skylights in the roof also ensure that views will be uninterrupted, while her radar mast was engineered to span these glass skylights, supported by flat panel satellite hardware for broadband internet.The tenders onboard Project 823 have been stored behind the high bulwarks on the foredeck, to cleverly free up space on the lower deck for a large wellness area and gym located in the stern area.
