Despite having limited experience building a catamaran of this size, a tour of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7652" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="HH Catamarans (Company)">HH Catamarans</a>’ yard and observing the construction process put the owners’ minds at ease. They were involved in the yacht’s design, from ceiling heights to seemingly minute details such as the shape of the ice cubes in the machines onboard. While experiencing this process they were met with challenges regarding the yacht’s interior layout, which led them to amend their original contract in January of 2020. During the mid to end of January 2020 the workers at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7652" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="HH Catamarans (Company)">HH Catamarans</a>’ factory were impacted by the travel restrictions and the yard in China was instructed to close. Following the implementation of strict protocols, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7652" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="HH Catamarans (Company)">HH Catamarans</a> was permitted to reopen in March 2020, surprisingly resulting in only a 10 day construction delay.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/298218/image/large-6fff7e08d67649bd77351e1ec97fb60b.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/298218">Despite limited delays during the construction of HH8801, the COVID-19 pandemic did have a significant impact on the yacht’s interior. When the Miami Fire Rescue team arrived on the scene on Sunday morning, they saw how extensive the fire was and had to send out a second alarm to request more units to assist with the damage.According to news broadcaster NBC6 Miami, 34 units attended the fire and over 100 firefighters were on the scene. WHF designs and manufactures interior home furnishings in the Mission and Craftsman styles utilising reclaimed barn wood, leather, copper and steel. We sell to furniture dealers, interior designers, hospitality and residential and offer full custom options.&nbsp;In 2009, we were creating custom furniture pieces for a residential remodel in Utah while working with an interior design firm. They had an existing Jupe style table that they wanted to incorporate into the design, but it had warped making it non-functional. Additionally, the circle is a universal symbol of totality and&nbsp;wholeness that creates movement towards unity and equitable relationships. In its mechanism, the Lotus table expands on a locking carousel, meaning that you can open and close the table from one place instead of having to walk around and unfold each section in situ. First you pull each pie out and unfold each leaf, then push the leaf into the centre and then each pie to lock it all in place. The 40m Princess motor yacht X5 has been sold in an in-house deal with Drettmann Yachts.
