In Pictures: The 78 metre superyacht Tueq

Superyacht Tueq was launched back in 2002, as a 71.8 metre superyacht, at the commercial shipyard Van Der Giessen de Noord. Four years later, the owner decided he wanted some changes made to the layout, which included the conversion of two children's cabins on the upper deck into a single, spacious VIP suite. The lowerdeck layout had to be modified to accommodate four extra guest cabins. To fit this extra accommodation, plans were made to lengthen the yacht by nearly 7 metres. The refit was managed by PrivatSea Projects, and carried out in 2006-2007 by the Elefsis Shipyard in Greece. This private yacht can now accommodate up to 30 guests.
