As the sixth annual Mediterranean Yacht Show organised by the Greek Yachting Association enters its final day, we take a look at just some of the exciting events that took place during the show this year.
Photo: Aurélien Herman / SuperYacht TimesWith over 100 charter yachts on display, attendees were kept busy in the scenic port of Nafplion. Among the yachts displayed at the event were the 85-metre O’Ptasia by Golden Yachts Ltd. and the 47.5-metre Bilgin Starburst III.

Various panels and presentations took place over the course of the week, hosted by industry professionals from companies such as the Charter Yacht Brokers Association and Marinepool. Topics of discussion included crew-wear, the charter industry and the environment.
Photo: Aurélien Herman / SuperYacht TimesDay four witnessed the award ceremony for the Designer Water Contest, which was organised by the Charter Yacht Brokers Association to raise awareness about the harmful use of plastic in the industry. The runners up were Sanlorenzo’s 37.2-metre motor yacht Souraya, Lürssen's 58.55-metre motor yacht Capri I, and in first place: Sunseeker’s 40.05-metre motor yacht Aqua Libra.
