Inace showcases first Explora 90, Waikiki, at Rio Boat Show

Waikiki, the first from the Explora 90 series was presented to the world last week at the Rio Boat Show. The 28-metre full displacement motor yacht by Inace features an exterior and interior by Fernando De Almeida Yacht Design and a naval architecture penned by in collaboration with Hydro Tec.  Waikaki launch Waikaki launch The Explora 90 series has an optimised hull design with high-profile plumb bow that improves safety when navigating high latitudes. Thanks to twin MAN engines, Waikiki has an impressive 3,000 nautical mile range when cruising at 10 knots. We cruised for 6 days at 12 knots, burning just 65 litres per engine with not a single lightbulb burnt. The owner requested a simple, modern and minimalist interior styling that emulates Brazilian beach houses. Fernando De Almeida Yacht Design opted for locally-sourced natural materials that have been used throughout.
