The first of ISA Yachts’ new line of cruising yachts, the Extra 76 motor yacht, has been delivered to her owner and is currently on display at the second Versilia Yachting Rendezvous in Viareggio. The shipyard, owned and run by the Palumbo Group, has also recently announced the sale of a larger, 38.4-metre unit in the same Extra range which will be cruising by next summer.Photo: ISA Yachts
Designed by Francesco Guida, the 24-metre Extra 76 offers the largest volume compared to similar yachts in her class thanks to the generous 6.8-metre beam. The yacht is all about the Mediterranean lifestyle and designed for owners who love being in touch with the elements.Photo: ISA YachtsPhoto: ISA Yachts
A big, open flybridge is where the yacht will be steered from when navigating in sunny conditions and makes for a great hang-out spot for the whole family. Similarly, the aft cockpit provides a good balance of shaded and exposed areas that are equally suited for light lunches as well as some sunbathing when at anchor.Photo: ISA YachtsPhoto: ISA Yachts
Inside, there are three guest cabins and a full-beam master suite for a total of eight overnight guests. All located on the lower deck, these form part of a very contemporary interior that is designed to promote socialising and border-free interaction amongst guests, further enhancing the unobstructed feel that is experienced out on deck.Photo: ISA Yachts
The Extra 76 comes with two efficient Volvo Penta IPS engines for a top speed of 21 knots. Ideal for island hopping and short overnight passages, the range of 700 nm is all you need to explore the coastal areas of the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas.
