IYC adds Martha Ann to their charter fleet

IYC (International Yacht Collection, LLC.), is pleased to announce that they have added the new Martha Ann to their charter fleet, a new central listing for sale, and a recent sale.

The 230 ft. (70m) M/Y Martha Ann by Lurssen was built in 2008. She can accommodate 12 guests in 6 staterooms, with a staff of 18–20. The Zuretti interior is exquisite; some of her amenities are a gym, large swim spa, 5 deck elevator, touch/go heli pad, and Kaleidescape throughout for easy selection from yacht’s central movie and music libraries. The Martha Ann is available at a rate of: EURO 600,000/wk. She is available for the Mediterranean this Summer 08 and Caribbean Winter 08/09.

IYC is pleased to announce a new central listing for sale. The 128’ (39m) M/Y Mia Elise was built by Palmer & Johnson in 2000. She boasts a beautiful interior refit with all new soft goods, sky-lounge and a 7ft. (2.1m) swim platform hull extension. The Mia Elise can sleep 8 guests in 4 staterooms and a crew of 6 and is on the market for US$12.750 million.

IYC is pleased to announce the recent sale of a central listing yacht. Jim Eden and Jim McConville’s central listing, M/Y Sea Bird was sold; Sea Bird is a 112ft. (34.1m) Westport built in 2000.
