IYC has expanded to the West Coast of the United States, with the official opening of a new brokerage office in San Diego, California. Matthew Stone, IYC Sales Consultant & California’s managing partner, will lead the California office. 
“With clients on both coasts, who often own homes in Southern California and New York, opening a California office will complement IYC’s Newport and Nantucket offerings, and is the logical next step for the brand,” Matthew Stone commented.
The IYC San Diego office will be populated by an in-house team of sales and charter consultants. Some of the brand's newest team members include Office Manager Patricia Gibbons, Sales Consultant Eric Pearson, Sales Consultant Michael Selter and Charter and Sales Consultant Traci Hughes.
