Admiral has laid the keel of its 82-metre superyacht Admiral Galileo, otherwise known as Project Skyfall. The 82-metre superyacht Admiral Galileo is to be constructed out of steel and aluminium, and was designed by The Italian Sea Group’s own Centro Stile in collaboration with Bannenberg & Rowell Design, handling her exterior and interior respectively.Admiral Galileo is characterised by long, flowing sinuous exterior lines and expanses of glass spread over four decks. With an estimated 2,200 GT of interior volume and a beam of 13.3-metres, the superyacht can accommodate up to 12 guests and 23 crew. Some of Admiral Galileo’s standout features include a 130 square-metre upper deck, dedicated entirely to the owner, a waterfall that links two of the four onboard pools, an underwater cinema lounge and a beach club brimming with fitness and wellness facilities. Another key aspect of Admiral Galileo is her long glass corridor that passes through the engine room, displaying the mechanics of the superyachts as a work of art. “The keel laying ceremony is always a special moment in the construction of a yacht, especially for a custom-made project of such dimensions and such innovative characteristics, both from an aesthetic and an engineering point of view,” Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group, commented. “The growing interest in our yachts coming from the US market shows the validity of our commercial strategy in the area and confirms TISG’s ability to anticipate and satisfy the requests of clients who are always more demanding and oriented to quality without compromises.”Read: Newly founded FGI Yacht Group is making waves in the industry
