In 2024, plans were announced for Kobe Marina, a purpose-built superyacht marina intended to support Kobe’s wider waterfront regeneration ambitions. The project is being developed by The Superyacht Base consortium and backed by seven principal investors: GLION Group, Creation, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6572" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Super Yacht Logistics Japan (Company)">SYL Monaco</a>, Plan Do See, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/119" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Horizon Yachts (Company)">Horizon Yachts</a>, Setouchi Brand Corporation, and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6572" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Super Yacht Logistics Japan (Company)">SYL Japan</a>.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/341862/image/large-0b9d79b72df17e306187ef1180a27d18.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/341862">The marina’s layout is designed to accommodate a range of yacht sizes, with dedicated berths for vessels between 20 and 35-metres, additional space planned for yachts in the 40 to 55-metre segment, and larger yachts able to berth at the quayside. The inside basin configuration allows vessels of up to 100 to 110-metres to lie alongside, while stern-to berthing is available for yachts of up to 80-metres. Outside the basin the marina allows the berthing of any size yacht with a 360-metre long quay.SuperYacht Times spoke with investment consortium member Nigel Beatty of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6572" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Super Yacht Logistics Japan (Company)">SYL Monaco</a>, one of the principal investors, to understand how the development has progressed since his presentation on Kobe Marina and Japan’s cruising grounds at last year’s Asia-Pacific Superyacht Summit in Hong Kong.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/383497/image/large-1c4706f98362a209b62507d9b1adeb55.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/383497">Progress since the Asia-Pacific Superyacht Summit 2025Since securing the bid ahead of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Event/270" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Asia-Pacific Superyacht Summit - 2025 - 2nd Edition">summit</a>, the consortium has focused on design development and coordination with local stakeholders. Beatty said the process has involved extensive work with architects, Kobe City and the Port Authority to meet local requirements. “We’ve been working through the meetings and costing, what we need, how we need to build it, and whether Kobe City is happy with the design and aesthetics, including who will make and install everything; and ensuring the government is satisfied with the amount of green areas that we must include.”Beatty outlined that the development is progressing across two parallel streams: “You can break it into two parts: the quayside building infrastructure part and the marina part, which is pretty much ready to start work. We’ve got pilings ordered, with installation expected to begin around June 2026. The breakwater is already complete, and shore power, electrics and floating docks are planned to follow later in the year.”He also highlighted that the site already benefits from existing commercial dock infrastructure, and concrete quayside, with the 160-metre breakwater seawall finished in 2025, providing immediate alongside or stern to berthing capability as the dedicated marina works progress. “While we are happy for yachts to already berth on site, shore power and floating dock infrastructure are not yet in place.”&nbsp;Installation work is being handled by Japanese contractors, with local companies Kusakabe Construction Company and Kyoei Public Works Company involved in the piling works given their experience in coastal infrastructure. Tequanauts are constructing the floating docks and shore power pedestals. Beatty highlighted the marina’s city-centre location as a key advantage, noting that “everything’s a walking distance”, with “five minutes’ walk and you run into shops and boutiques and restaurants.”He added that downtown Kobe already offers a range of very high-end retail and hospitality within close proximity of the waterfront. While the consortium expects some retail and food and beverage outlets to form part of the marina’s future offering, Beatty suggested it would remain selective: “We’re only going to have a few shops in the marina, although we will have one very nice restaurant to be developed by Plan-Do-See (one of the consortium members) and some other café style coffee shops, wine bars and more.”<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/383465/image/large-3a473d24be1a565e6407c5313fcc5cdd.png" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/383465">However, Beatty acknowledged that destination readiness extends beyond berthing alone. While maintenance support is available nearby, including a yacht-focused facility in Himeji, around 55-kilometres from Kobe, that can accommodate vessels of up to around 35-metres, he noted that “the yards in Japan, unless you bring people in from outside, are not geared up for a full refit as we would understand it in Europe or the US.” Beatty suggested that this limitation does not necessarily affect cruising activity, as routine maintenance work can still be carried out locally, including bottom painting, five-year surveys, HVAC and refrigeration servicing, electrical works and metal fabrication. He added that dry dock capacity is available for a range of yacht sizes, although these facilities are often busy, making advance planning important.Beyond the immediate waterfront, Beatty argued that the development could support efforts to reposition Japan as a cruising destination for international yachts. “The cruising potential in Japan is incredible,” he said, pointing to the diversity of cruising areas and the scale of the coastline as factors that could encourage repeat visitation. The upgrade adds 104 new berths for yachts up to 50 metres, alongside expanded onshore storage, improved accessibility and upgraded visitor facilities. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin</a> added that the redevelopment is part of its long-term strategy to enhance operational capacity, while strengthening the marina’s position as a gateway for Mediterranean cruising.<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin</a> Greece Regional Director Ioannis Koutsodontis said: “The upgrade of Gouvia Marina goes far beyond infrastructure. It is a complete transformation that combines construction excellence, technological innovation and sustainability, while creating a premium destination that is open, vibrant and closely connected to the local community of Corfu.”A major component of the project is its digital transformation. Smart Pedestals have been installed at every berth, allowing remote monitoring and management of electricity and water consumption through <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin’s</a> mobile application. The marina’s digital infrastructure has also been fully upgraded, with enhanced Wi-Fi coverage across all areas to ensure seamless connectivity for visitors and crew.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/395692/image/large-305427b9f29343bcc3d15c050094d5c4.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/395692">Sustainability and ESG principles have been embedded throughout the redevelopment. The marina now features high-pressure water filtration systems, low-energy LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, enhanced fire detection systems and improved accessibility, alongside extensive green landscaping designed to integrate the site more closely with the surrounding community.A key milestone of the project is the installation of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/380" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Gouvia Marina (Company)">Gouvia Marina’s</a> first on-site solar power system and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin’s</a> first in Greece. The 100 kilowatt-peak photovoltaic installation is expected to generate around 167 megawatt-hour of clean energy annually, covering approximately 20 per cent of the marina’s electricity needs.<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin</a> Greece Head of Sustainability and Health and Safety Korina Kostakaki commented: “<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/380" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Gouvia Marina (Company)">Gouvia Marina’s</a> new solar installation reflects <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin’s</a> continued progress on its decarbonisation pathway and marks our first Greek marina to generate renewable energy on site. Marina Vela has been granted a permit enabling non-EU flagged yachts with non-EU owners to operate under Inward Processing Relief within the marina.

An international consortium, Team Perry’s, has been selected as the successful bidder in the City of Yokosuka’s tender for the development and management of the new Uraga Marina, located south of Tokyo.Led by the Japanese firm Index Consulting, the consortium includes Spanish company Ocean Capital Partners (OCP), alongside Daiwa Lease, SMFL, Keikyu Railway and Etortech Consulting, bringing together expertise across development, financing, infrastructure and operations.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/389819/image/large-fc57859063702ca7a7d76c592d4d9d41.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/389819">The award was formalised through a tripartite agreement between Team Perry’s, the City of Yokosuka and Sumitomo Heavy Industries. With an operating period of up to 50 years, the project is expected to rank among the more significant recreational marina developments in Japan.Following the signing of the agreement on 30 March 2026, the project will now move into the executive design and operational planning phase, with the consortium working alongside Japanese authorities on its development.The master plan for Uraga Marina has been designed by architect Kengo Kuma. The project is intended to deliver a high-end marina facility that integrates architectural design with its surrounding environment and maritime use, while also supporting the development of superyacht infrastructure in Japan.Within the consortium, Ocean Infrastructures Management, the consulting subsidiary of Ocean Capital Partners, will be responsible for operational planning and the overall management of the marina.Commenting on the development, José Luis Almazán, CEO of Ocean Capital Partners, said the project reflects the consortium’s ability to combine international and local expertise while adapting to Japan’s regulatory and business environment.Located on the Miura Peninsula, Uraga benefits from proximity to central Tokyo and established coastal infrastructure. The area is known for its sheltered waters and natural depth, characteristics that support its potential for accommodating larger vessels.The development also builds on Uraga’s historical role as a maritime hub. In the early 17th century, the port formed part of trade routes linking Spain with Acapulco and Manila. Enrico Chhibber speaks with Japan-based yachting experts to explore recent regulatory reforms and infrastructure developments that are gradually positioning Japan as a more accessible and appealing destination for superyachts. When it comes to attractive superyacht destinations in Asia, Thailand has traditionally taken the spotlight. Japan, meanwhile, has remained a lesser-known cruising ground and has often been viewed as logistically challenging. Today, however, that narrative is changing, as Japan begins to reposition itself on the global yachting map. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/370701/image/large-fccdf0ce93277bda47184d5f87855515.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/370701">The Japanese archipelago, comprising more than 14,000 islands and stretching over 34,000 kilometres of coastline, spans approximately 3,000 kilometres from north to south. With climates ranging from the snowy winters of Hokkaido to the subtropical warmth of Okinawa, the country offers year-round cruising opportunities and a broad range of geographical and cultural experiences.Yet despite these natural advantages, Japan has not historically appealed to the international superyacht community. Regulatory complexities and limited marina infrastructure for larger vessels have, until recently, presented notable hurdles to its development as a cruising destination. This landscape is now beginning to evolve. Since 2021, a series of regulatory reforms have made it easier for privately registered, foreign-flagged yachts to enter and cruise Japanese waters.Further momentum followed in December 2024 with the announcement of Superyacht Base Kobe Marina, which is currently under construction, with a full yacht service opening in 2026 and a full opening with surrounding infrastructure taking place in 2027. The project is intended to help address longstanding infrastructural limitations and support Japan’s efforts to attract more superyacht tourism.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/370696/image/large-5ef3ac54fac761e21641b06208086062.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/370696"> Marina infrastructure development in JapanAlthough Japan’s general maritime infrastructure is well developed, facilities specifically designed for superyachts remain limited. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Person/935" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Nigel Beatty, United Kingdom (Person)">Nigel Beatty,</a> yacht broker at YACHTZOO and Chairman of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7320" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association (Company)">Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association</a>, observed that while the country is well-equipped overall, it lacks dedicated infrastructure tailored to the operational needs of larger yachts. “Infrastructure is brilliant in Japan, but if you're talking about purely superyacht infrastructure, then we are lacking a little bit,” he said.In most cases, visiting yachts cruise along the coast, anchoring near beaches or making brief stops at town piers. According to Beatty, this pattern highlights the need for more structured superyacht hubs and ports where large yachts can access services such as mooring, refuelling, provisioning, and guest handling. “When you go cruising, you anchor or tie up at a town pier for a night, then move on,” he explained. “But you also need hubs, places where yachts can come in and operate with proper support.”Some capacity does exist. A marina in Fukuoka, for example, can currently host a small number of larger vessels. However, the most significant development is taking place in Kobe, where a new marina is under construction. Announced in late 2024, Superyacht Base Kobe Marina is being developed to accommodate yachts up to 80-metres in length for stern to dockage and any size for alongside dockage. Just in the last few weeks the facility has accommodated a 70-metre and a 117-metre. Beatty noted that the basin is roughly half the size of Port Hercule in Monaco.Yukio Shintani of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1132" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Creation Marine (Company)">Creation Marine</a>, a lead investor who has played a role in coordinating stakeholders for the Kobe project, confirmed the marina is being established as a destination facility and is expected to open within two years. Once complete, it will serve as one of the first ports in Japan specifically designed to support visiting superyachts at scale.While Japan does not yet offer the density of dedicated infrastructure found in more established superyacht destinations, ongoing developments suggest a gradual shift toward greater accessibility and operational support.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/104219/image/large-c94403a78cad4fa52830c3e4d2898030.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/104219"> Before the Change: Superyacht regulations in Japan prior to 2021 Although foreign-flagged superyachts were technically permitted to enter and cruise in Japan before 2021, a combination of bureaucratic complexity and limited facilities made the country a difficult destination to navigate. As Nigel Beatty noted, “Whether commercially or privately registered, Japan never really drew a strong distinction between yacht types. Superyachts have technically been able to visit Japan for quite some time. The issue was the bureaucracy involved. While we used to manage it, the process was labour-intensive, and that translated into high costs for visiting yachts.”Japan did offer a relative advantage for crew from visa waiver countries. “There have always been positive aspects to cruising in Japan,” Beatty added. “For example, if you were from a visa waiver country, such as those in Europe or North America, you could enter Japan by yacht and remain for up to 90 days as a tourist, even as crew.”However, crew from non-waiver countries such as South Africa, India, and the Philippines, who represent a significant portion of the global yachting workforce, faced more complications. These individuals were required either to obtain a visa in advance or rely on a short-term crew pass valid for just 14 days. “Renewing it involved leaving the country and re-applying at an immigration office,” Beatty said. “Approval often depended on the discretion of the local immigration office, which made the process inconsistent and inefficient.”<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Person/4301" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Kenta Inaba, Japan (Person)"></a><a data-gid="gid://syiq/Person/4301" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Kenta Inaba, Japan (Person)">Kenta Inaba</a>, President and Partner at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6572" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Super Yacht Logistics Japan (Company)">Super Yacht Logistics</a>, described how procedural rigidity once defined the experience for visiting yachts. “In the past, every time a yacht entered Japan, we had to process customs, immigration and quarantine, not just on arrival but again at each subsequent port,” he explained. “When I started in this business, I had to submit a full list of every port the yacht was planning to visit. But yachts don’t follow fixed routes like commercial vessels. Their movements are often dictated by weather and anchorage conditions, which makes rigid planning difficult.”Even minor navigational changes could create problems. “If a yacht was anchored and the wind shifted, they might need to move to another part of the bay. But if that area wasn’t listed in the original plan, it became an issue,” Inaba said. “Even bringing something as simple as a bottle of beer back onboard required paperwork.” The system, he added, was not designed with yachts in mind. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/298475/image/large-124d7d95e2299e38d8fd95f9b6b90929.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/298475">Turning Point: The 2021 regulatory reformsRegulatory changes introduced in 2021 significantly altered how Japan manages visiting superyachts. Previously constrained by complex procedures, foreign-flagged vessels now benefit from a more streamlined regulatory environment. “Much of that red tape has now been removed,” Beatty said.One of the most significant adjustments was the introduction of the Naikosen (similar to a cruising permit). After completing initial customs, immigration and quarantine procedures, yachts can apply for the permit, which, along with a blanket Closed Port Permit, removes the requirement to file repeated clearances at each domestic port. “Yachts used to be required to declare every intended stop in advance, which was completely impractical,” Inaba said. “Now, they have the flexibility to change course depending on conditions.”One of the more favourable regulations that was always in place in Japan is that foreign registered vessels remain indefinitely in Japan allowing for longer and more adaptable cruising schedules and possibly basing themselves in the country long term. Changes to crew entry procedures have addressed previous constraints. The introduction of the Multiple Landing Permit, or “Crew Pass,” allows foreign crew to remain in Japan for the duration of the yacht’s stay; and even up to one year. This replaces the former 14-day restriction that often-required multiple renewals and placed a disproportionate burden on those from non-waiver countries. The Crew Pass allows crew ashore in the local areas that the yacht will be for yacht business, shopping or sightseeing.Crew from countries covered by Japan’s visa waiver programme continue to benefit from 90-day tourist access, allowing for greater flexibility to travel ashore or explore the length while the vessel is in port.Together, these updates have reduced many of the operational constraints that previously discouraged superyacht visits. Japan is now better aligned with international practices and more accessible to a global yachting audience; and in some areas have more favourable regulations than well-established yachting countrie<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/298430/image/large-ae231a89fb0e19e109ca66eda85be1ac.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/298430">Looking AheadJapan’s regulatory progress in recent years has laid important groundwork, but further improvements will be necessary to support charter activity. In particular, foreign-flagged, commercially registered yachts still face regulatory hurdles when seeking to operate charters in Japanese waters. Shintani acknowledged this ongoing challenge. “I want to try to create everything for the foreign-flagged yacht to charter. This is our mission.”While Japanese-flagged yachts can operate commercially, the charter process for foreign-flagged vessels remains undecided, however moves are afoot to make a rule for foreign charter yachts with a charter contract already developed by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/3581" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Hill Dickinson Llp (Company)">Hill Dickinson</a> and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7320" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association (Company)">Asia Pacific Superyacht Association</a>, which navigates specific Japanese regulations. Japan is emerging as Asia’s newest superyacht destination, driven by regulatory reform and new marina infrastructure including Superyacht Base Kobe. 

A new streamlined administrative process has been launched to allow foreign yachts to sail freely between Abu Dhabi and Dubai from January 2026. For the first time, sailing permits issued by either Abu Dhabi or Dubai will be honoured across both emirates, eliminating the need for repeated approvals or local entry and exit processing, which will reduce waiting times, documentation requests, and administrative costs as a mutually recognised permit issued by either emirate will grant seamless passage between the two cruising hubs.Central to the change is a new digital information bridge powered by the Early Inquiry System. "We call <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> ‘Home of Giants’ due to the big size of the superyachts we host in Tarragona," Maite explains. Eager for a new challenge, joining <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> “felt like I was in the right place at the right moment; I usually remind my colleagues how lucky we are to work in such an industry.”&nbsp;Looking back at the last decade, it has been an exchange of experience: where Maite has brought in a lot of knowledge and know-how from the hospitality sector, as well as a fresh perspective, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> has, in turn, taught her almost everything she knows about yachting.&nbsp;During her time at the port, Maite has experienced many changes and developments “when I first started, the marina was a very different operation; much more quiet. Then we would be happy if we had all 20 berths full.” There would be time for her to get to know crew members and learn about the industry’s unique demands. For the past three years, during the high season, the 32 berths are constantly busy and it’s never quiet in the port - there is always something to do, someone to help, or a next event to organise.&nbsp;As <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> continues to grow, the challenge lies not only in meeting the increased operational demands, but also in preserving the company culture. For Maite and her team that means helping with any type of request that they may receive. “Sometimes it’s helping someone book accommodation, sometimes it’s finding second-hand golf clubs or taking someone to the doctor. Since then, the marina has grown exponentially, with an emphasis on creating quality experience for guests and employees alike. “There has been a huge change in <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a>’s development when <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6623" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocibar (Company)">Ocibar</a> took over marina management,” Maite says. “The company projects both commercially and on the staff structure were a game changer.”The impact has been visible throughout the marina, which is constantly busy, seeing most of the 32 berths occupied, as well as facilities being expanded and improved and the reputation of the marina within the superyacht community has strengthened. “We’ll have captains who are eager to return and make a quick call to reserve a berth. But we also get a lot of superyachts via referrals, like a captain who recommends <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> to another captain.”&nbsp;Another important element of the marina is her security. With 24-hour surveillance and glass walls surrounding the entire premise, guests can feel safe and secure, as well as controlled dock access. While Maite finds that the port “has the perfect package,” the most important element of the work lies in the human element: “by being nice, providing good treatment and service to the boats, both in a technical and personal way.” <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/396339/image/large-4fe39a4f831012eebfd1a87fd3917c28.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/396339">Enabling growthAs <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2818" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Port Tarraco (Company)">Port Tarraco</a> continues to grow, maintaining a balance between innovation and experience remains a priority. “New and fresh ideas are always on the table but experience is the base that took us where we are,” shares Maite, “so we try to strike a balance between the two.” Commercial assistant Laia Vidaller, who only recently joined the industry, highlights how working in yachting has been “dynamic and unique, every day, I get to see different parts of the industry.”The philosophy extends across the entire team. Different personalities, backgrounds and generations bring varying perspectives, but everyone shares the same objective: continuously improving the marina and the service delivered to its clients. “Nani [the Sales Business Manager at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6623" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocibar (Company)">Ocibar</a>] is always running, he’s always one step ahead and has such a brilliant mind, this way of working has inspired me a lot,” shares Maite. "The growth of both the industry and the marina is already moving at high speed when caring about the environment," says Maite. "We can clearly see a huge commitment from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6623" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocibar (Company)">Ocibar</a>."“We’ve placed solar panels on all the buildings in the port, helping us with lighting across the facilities and along the docks,” shares Maite.
