KRM Yacht relaunch 32m superyacht Sea Beauty

KRM Yacht has announced that the 32 metre wooden sailing yacht Sea Beauty was launched on 26th July after undergoing an extensive two year refit.

Originally built in 2002 by Beril Yacht, Sea Beauty accommodation guests over four cabins, including one master suite, one VIP cabin and guest cabins, as well as ample accommodation for a crew of two. She has a maximum speed of 13 knots.

Work on the yacht included a new galley construction, the cancellation of aft swimming platform and new hull construction for this area, an overhaul of main engines 2 x MTU 415 hp and gensets (2x 20 kW Westerbeke), shaft and propeller survey, stainless steel works, 200 square metre teak deck replacement, the application of Awlgrip paint system to hull and superstructure, the changing of all interior upholstery and a new interior varnish.

Captain Mehmet Akif URAL commented, '”It was a really hard time for all of the crew and KRM Yacht refit team because time was limited and the work list was so long. The yacht has never had a comprehensive service since she was built. Now we are chartering in the Mediterranenan sea with no problem, and we are planning to return to the shipyard in October for an interior refit. Thanks for every single person in the KRM Yacht family for this successful refit project.”
