La Ciotat Shipyards, the refit giant based on the French Riviera, is preparing for major expansions both in terms of refit capabilities as well as connecting more operators to the business that develops alongside its growing portfolio of clients.
The first is an initiative that will see La Ciotat Shipyards work together with private operators in the creation of a 40,000-square-metre platform equipped with a 4,000-tonne shiplift. The new lift will serve the growing service, maintenance and refit operations of the facility.
Another development, coming in 2018, is the restructuring of a 12,000-square-metre business premises that will host companies operating within the yachting sector. The first of such sites are scheduled for delivery in 2019.
