Following the sale of the 104ft Codecasa Luisa, Merrill Stevens signed up the central agency of the 147ft Izar Tuscan Sun and the 138ft CMN Paramour. Another recent addition to the sales market is the CBI Navi Sea Shell II.
Tuscan Sun was built by the Spanish Izar shipyard to designs of Reymond Langton Design. Her interior was designed by Luiz De Basto and she sleeps 12 guests which makes her an ideal charter yacht. Tuscan Sun is powered by twin Caterpillar engines and cruises at 15 knots. She is available at €23,500,000.
Paramour (photo) was built by the French shipyard CMN and she just completed an extensive refit. She is powered by twin Caterpillar engines and cruises comfortably at 12 knots. Paramour is offered at $21,800,000 and is available for viewings at the Cannes Boat Show (until Monday).
Sea Shell II was built by CBI in 2002 and she provides considerable volume. Large deck spaces and the classic Italian styled interior (photo) is maintained to high standards which makes this the ideal yacht to start cruising right away.
Sea Shell II is currently available for viewing at the Cannes Boat Show (until Monday) and afterwards she will be heading to the Monaco Yacht Show. The owner is keen to sell and the price has just been lowered by €200,000 to €6,300,000.
