On the main deck forward, six guest double staterooms with elevated sea views can be found.Moving to the main deck aft, guests are welcomed by a saloon and dining area that lead to a multi-zone aft deck with a bar, opportunities for alfresco dining, and an aft lounge area. The top deck is home to the wheelhouse and the captain’s cabin as well as an aft sundeck &nbsp;area. Consequently, the vessel is free of noise, vibration or smell from combustion.Construction of the first 42-metre GX42 is underway, as the keel laying ceremony took place on 1 June 2024, and more than 50 percent of her hull has already been welded. The yacht is due to be delivered to her owner in 2026. Collaboration on the first model has been very smooth, and we are looking forward to building more yachts with GX.”<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/329921/image/large-1a01923c335e286ab94157426e3c48af.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/329921">The sleek exterior design of the GX range was imagined by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4335" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Marco Casali Too Design (Company)">Marco Casali</a>, who marries a practical low-profile superstructure with generous interior volumes.Two variants of each model are on offer, with the Coupé version displaying a long, curved superstructure roofed with gleaming solar panels, which slide apart at the touch of a button to expose a huge hidden sun deck containing a Jacuzzi and bar. The challenge around sustainability is particularly close to my heart.”When it comes to the technical blueprint, Francesco Rogantin of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2051" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="NAMES by Francesco Rogantin (Company)">NAMES</a> has penned an underwater long, slim hull that optimises both stability and speed potential. This means the GX superyacht delivers efficiency between her maximum speeds and cruising speeds. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/329928/image/large-67a2f74c94e373c85173ecc433f06600.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/329928">“It felt like a very natural partnership with GX Superyachts, who knew exactly what they wanted: a hyper-efficient and stable displacement hull,” concluded Rogantin. “The challenge was to analyse the different operational scenarios and ensure that the hull and appendages performed to their best for each one. We deployed a powerful suite of tools to achieve this.”GX Superyachts also announced a new line of yachts to join the GX42 RPH, including the GX34 Coupe, the GX34 RPH, the GX42 Coupe and the GX56 Coupe, which boasts an impressive 499 GT of interior volume.

New GX Superyachts brand presented at Monaco Yacht Show 

A new yacht brand called GX Superyachts has been unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show in Port Hercule.
