Lift Emotion reports on successful first half of 2015

The Dutch based marine elevators specialists of Lift Emotion report that they have had a successful first half of 2015. The company delivered elevators to new-build projects around the world, including foodlifts on the recently delivered IAG superyacht King Baby and the new Majesty 155 superyacht and a fully custom elevator to a confidential project over 80 metres. The refit business is also going well with the delivery of three elevators with two lifts that have a speed of 1m/s realised with latest hydraulic frequency driven driver system.

Mike Brandt, one of the founders of Lift Emotion says, “we are really happy with the progress we have made this year and I am really pleased that most of the top shipyards approach us for custom elevators, as they have heard good things about us.”

Another interesting development Mike points out is that they have been approached by one of the most well known tech companies from California to help develop a one of a kind elevator. “I can’t say much about it”, says Mike, “but the company was looking for highly customised elevator and that’s how they found us, as we deal with the most difficult and technically challenging elevators everyday. For this project we have already delivered a unique 60Kw power pack with frequency drive and are producing a hydraulic jack of over 17 metres long.”

Lift Emotion will exhibit at the Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2015. You can find them at stand QS63 in the Darse Sud tent.
