Today I had lunch on board the stunning superyacht Rosehearty. Built by Perini Navi and designed by Ron Holland, Rosehearty has a contemporary Christian Liaigre interior, with white linen, pale oak and Hermes leather.
The yacht features some of the best outside deck spaces that can be found on a sailing yacht. We enjoyed a perfect lunch created by chef Mathew Shea on the main aft deck, a fully-shaded aft deck dining and lounge area. For our lunch, Mathew used local ingredients, such as tuna for the starter, and Red Snapper with breadfruit for the main course. Dessert was a choice of chocolate macadamia nut torte with homemade passion fruit ice cream, or a cinnamon and caramelized pineapple creme brulee.
On board six lower deck cabins include a full-beam master suite and two equal VIPs, all with wireless internet. Rosehearty is maintained in exceptional condition with an enthusiastic and dedicated crew and the ultimate tender, a 45 foot Wally Chase boat.
Rosehearty is available at a charter rate of € 225,000 per week.
