Benetti announced yesterday that the Americas markets have played a large role in the success that they have experienced in their superyacht division over the past year. Eight yachts out of the 18 sold worldwide in 2015 so far are headed for these regions; four of which are for Fast Displacement yachts such as the Veloce 140 Cheers 46 which is currently on display at FLIBS, another 66m custom superyacht, as well as the first hull of the new Mediterraneo 116, all being built for clients from this region.
The Italian yard also expressed their excitement to further increase their presence in these yachting areas, with a strong presence planned for yacht shows ranging from Panama to Miami and naturally Fort Lauderdale. The Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show next year will be used as a platform to showcase their Vivace 125 model as well as the entry level yacht in the Fast Dispalcement Line as well as the Chrystal 140.
The opening of their Fort Lauderdale office last year has proven invaluable to these successes and provides important services to their South American clients in particular. Another model on display at the show running till Monday 9th November is the 93 ft Delfino Ocean Drive.
