Seen here for the first time side by side are the two superyachts known simply as A. These exclusive images show Motor Yacht and Sailing Yacht A alongside in the German town of Kiel where the world’s largest private sailing yacht is currently being completed.
Sailing Yacht A has been in the process of being uncovered for the last few weeks following a complete repaint of her exterior. The new deep silver paint job is in stark contrast to the pearl white exterior the yacht was seen conducting her initial sea trial phase under, last year.
In September last year it was confirmed that superyacht owner Andrey Melnichenko is the man behind the enormous 142.8-metre sailing yacht project, and is well known as the owner of the 119-metre Motor Yacht A.
