On the second day of the 2016 Singapore Yacht Show, Benetti unveiled their latest superyacht concept project along with Danish automotive designer Henrik Fisker, known to have created iconic car designs such as Aston Martin’s DB9 and V8 Vantage models. The project is based on an existing Benetti-developed platform with the sporty exterior and stylish interior styling by the California-based designer.
Entertainment and seamless traffic flow throughout the yacht was just some of the key points Fisker focused on in creating the ultimate luxury yacht experience on board. Areas are kept simple and uncluttered with good views from each corner of the yacht having been another priority.
Light weight carbon fibre materials are used in certain exterior areas that further adds to the athletic appeal of the design. Exterior amenities include a beach club at water level, numerous bar areas throughout the decks spaces and a large pool on the foredeck.
Inside, the guest areas have been designed to offer the maximum amount of living space from the 50m platform. Homely elements are complimented by modern furnishings with a main saloon and upper saloon located on bridge deck. A total of 12 guests are accommodated for across six cabins that will be looked after by 11 crew members.
According to Benetti the project is fully developed and construction is ready to commence following interest from an ambitious client.
