140m+ Lürssen superyacht Redwood enters final construction stage
Lürssen moved its 140-metre plus superyacht Redwood into its final construction shed today as the German builder prepares for the vessel’s delivery in 2020. The project, also known as project Opus, also became the first vessel to enter Lürssen’s newly upgraded floating shed at its facility in Vegesack.Photo: SuperYacht Times
Photo: SuperYacht TimesDue for completion in 2020, Redwood is the design work of Nuvolari Lenard who are working with owner’s representatives Moran Yacht & Ship on the project. An interesting bow configuration is clearly visible in these images which will no doubt make for an exciting unveiling when she is launched later this year.

The project is being overseen by Moran Yacht & Ship and is currently under construction at Lürssen’s shipyard in Bremen according to the Passenger Yacht Code.
