Josh Gulbranson of Fraser Yachts has announced a $1,000,000 price reduction of the 45 metre Marco Polo. Launched in 2007 Marco Polo is an ecologically focused, luxurious explorer yacht.
Designed by Ron Holland for safe, comfortable long-distance passage making, she features a beautiful interior and superyacht finish throughout. Built with the utmost care to minimise her carbon footprint with low fuel consumption and smart material choices for maintenance, great emphasis has been put on sea keeping, self sustainability, comfort, safety and cost-efficient operation, through highly refined operational systems.
The yacht features an owner's deck, with bedroom, bathroom and sitting room on the bridge deck, making for ultimate owner's privacy, space and comfort. 4 double/twin en suite cabins are situated on the lower deck, one of which has been arranged as a gym (but is easily converted into a guest cabin). There is a very large salon and dining room on the main deck, as well as a very spacious galley.
Marco Polo is asking $20,500,000.
