Joint central agents Mark Elliott of International Yacht Collection and John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates report a major price reduction for M/Y Nice N’Easy; her price has been cut with $ 3,000,000 and she is now asking $ 24,900,000. The 47.85 metre superyacht was built by Christensen in 2005 to an in-house design and with an interior by Carol Williamson.
Nice N’Easy can sleep up to 12/16 guests in 6 staterooms, including a master suite on the main deck and a full beam VIP suite. An elevator runs through all decks and twin MTU engines provide a top speed of 17.5 knots and cruising speed of 16 knots.
The luxury motor yacht also has zero speed stabilisers and the ability to land a helicopter. Nice N’Easy will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show next week.
