Ferretti Group floats 83.5m shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange to finance future investments
The Ferretti Group has launched a US$302m Hong Kong IPO early this week in a bid to finance future investments. The offering is said to value the company between US$932m and US$1.2bn.
A strong month of sales as yacht brokers secured the signatures for 49 yachts in the above 24-metre category since the 1st of March. The lion's share of these sales was used motor yachts, but there were six new orders placed, one of which was Royal Huisman's 85m New World Sloop, slated for delivery in 2026. The other sailing yacht to be sold this month was the classic 29.7-metre Odysseus by CIM - Constructions Industrielles et Maritimes. Here is a rundown of the longest motor yachts sold this month:
Many Russian-owned superyachts have been seized throughout the month as they sit in waters of the countries that are posing sanctions on Russian companies and oligarchs in response to the ongoing war in Ukraine. 
Oceanco has launched its latest project, the 109-metre motor yacht Y720, from its facilities in Alblasserdam. Y720 has a classically proportioned profile and features a prominent use of glass with the main, bridge and upper decks all wrapped by large glass windows.

Nobiskrug wins contract for completion of much anticipated 77m superyacht Black Shark
The 77.1-metre superyacht Black Shark will be completed at Nobiskrug. She is the third order secured since the shipyard’s economic restart following the acquisition by Tennor Group.
The 62-metre CRN superyacht Rio completes her first trial
Rio has completed her first sea trials following her launch on the 15th of January this year. The yacht has performed excellently during the trials and is now on track for delivery in the coming months.

A new era of exploration: At Pendennis with the 35m Project Fox
Strong headway has been made with the construction of the 34.9-metre explorer yacht Project Fox at Pendennis and she’s on course to meet her delivery date of 2023.
The Majesty 111 is the latest from the Majesty series and will be 33.8-metres in length. With 230 GT of interior volume and a six stateroom configuration, she'll be able to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Azimut Yachts' Grande 36M presented ahead of its debut at Cannes
The Azimut Grande collection is swelling not by one model, but by two as the Italian shipbuilder also presented the smaller Grande 26M, which will also be showcased in Cannes.
First look: Interior design of in-build 44m Eurocraft Explorer 44
