Donerail makes $1 billion offer to acquire MarineMax

Investment group Donerail has made an all-cash offer to acquire MarineMax for $35 per share, valuing the business at just over $1 billion.

Private equity firms Blackstone, TPG and Centerbridge Partners, alongside strategic investors and wealthy individuals are among some of the names that have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1312" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MarineMax (Company)">MarineMax</a>, according to Reuters.&nbsp;<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1312" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MarineMax (Company)">MarineMax</a> has allegedly sent out confidentiality agreements allowing the parties to review documents and receive other information to shape potential bids.
