Maxime Le Mounier and Dominik Lux, two young naval architects, have send us their entry to the Young Designer of the Year Award 2010 contest.
The entry submitted is a 72 m superyacht equiped with 2x 1500 Kw LPG engines , a 160 m2 kite and solar panels. Project Hanuman's cruising speed is 14 knots using her engines, but the same speed is achieved using the kite when the weather conditions are ideal. It was design for a maximum of comfort and luxury for 12 passenger and 15 crew members.
