Malcolm McKeon's 45m explorer concept: MMX45

MMX45 is Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design’s latest explorer concept designed for long-range ventures across the seas. With a hull configuration made for easy and efficient cruising, the MMX45 yacht concept encompasses all of the essential qualities that an expedition yacht has in a compact length of 45.4-metres. Up to six additional guests can sleep in three cabins and accommodation for a crew of five is available. Featuring ample storage space for tenders and expedition equipment, the MMX45 will allow for plenty of onshore and underwater adventures. 

The MMX45 will be able to reach a top speed of 18 knots, have an impressive range of 5,000 nautical miles at an economical cruising speed of 12 knots and comes complete with advanced foil and active stabilisers.
