The semi-finished 45-metre Viudes 45, displacing 450 tons, has successfully been unloaded at Mondo Marine's Savona yard today. The yacht was loaded onto the cargo ship Storm in Barcelona, and shipped to the Savona yard, where she will be completed by Mondo Marine's Repair & Refit division.
Unloading of the yacht onto the land was a precise operation, that lasted throughout the day.
Although the effects of the crisis can still be felt throughout the superyacht industry, Mondo Marine has kept a healthy workload, and is currently working on five superyachts. In fact, in order to fulfil intense client demand for new builds and total refits, Mondo Marine decided to extend it's premises and equipment.
